Start2Scale was founded by Jane Linge in 2025 to help ambitious businesses grow with strong strategy, operations and leadership.
Jane brings over 30 years of banking experience, most recently leading a regional operations team that expanded from 22 to 300 people in seven years. She is recognised for building high-performing teams and creating the structures needed for lasting success – experience that inspired her to launch Start2Scale.
Jane is passionate about helping founders in any industry set the right foundations for growth. In the UK, 42% of new businesses fail within five years, and almost half of those failures stem from strategic, operational or leadership gaps.
